If you have made an error in your shipping adress, please contact us as soon as possible.
If the order has already been shipped, we can no longer change the address. 

We would love to change it for you in case the order has still not left our warehouse. Since we process the orders quick, it might happen that the order is already shipped. In this case we can change it afterwards for you. We do however have a returns policy in place, if you are not satisfied with your items you can return this within 14 days of receipt.

We apologize for this. If you receive a defective or wrong item, please let us know by email within 24 hours. We will then handle it further with you.

We will always try to deliver the order within the expected date. The expected delivery date is an expectation, no rights can be derived from this. If the order will be overdue for a few days, you will be notified.

The costs of shipping depends on the adres we ship your order to. After entering your address at the check out, you will be able to view the prices.

We ship all our orders with Express shipping.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a link to track your order. In case you haven't receive it, then please contact us by sending us an email with your order number in order to locate it.

In case your order isn't shipped, then we can combine multiple orders for delivery. In case the other orders are shipped, then we can't combine it anymore. 

Return-to-sender or refused packages, will be restocked as soon as we receive it in our warehouse. You will be issued a store credit, in the form of a gift card, minus the shipping costs. An order can be returned in different cases to our warehouse:

        - The order is refused by the customer;
        - The address is invalid;
        - The carrier is unable to deliver your package.

 We are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly delivered package in case the address is incorrect at the time of purchase.

- You can ship your order back to us within 14 days after recipient. This is counted from the day it is delivered. In case you return any items after 14 days, no refund will be offered. Please note that the item must contain all the accessoires, included the guarantee-label

-Scarves are not accepted for return.

-Please note that the kids-jellabat are made on measure. This means that a refund is not possible. We can only exchange the size for this product.

Returned items from the exclusive collection will not be refunded. You will receive the amount on a giftcard.

The return is very easy! Follow up the rules for an easy return policy. In case you need more help, please contact us!

-We do not cover any returns back to us. All items must be in an original condition with all accessoires included the guarantee-tag.

-All items will be examined upon return!

-If we receive an item in improper condition, the refund will become void!

-In case you return any items after 14 days upon receipt, no refund will be offered nor will your items be returned to you.

-If your return is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation. It may take up to seven business days to receive the refund.

-Please, keep the proof of your return when you send us the package until we have received it.

The sale-articles are not eligible for refunds. We will issue a voucher for the sale items.

Unfortunately we don't have an exchange policy, any items that are eligible to be returned can be returned for a refund only. If you need an alternative product you would be required to return the items and place a new order.

Unfortunately, we don't know how much the customer will be charged. Any tax or customs duty will be applied to your order by your local customs office after we have shipped it. The costs are not applied by Classy and fab and it can vary on various factor how much the price will be. In 90% of the cases, it is around 9 euro but it can be more or less. All orders will be shipped internationally from Morocco.

We are sorry that this happened to you! The shipping cost you have paid are the cost of the shipping to you. However, some countries may be required to pay tax & duties upon arrival.
This cost aren't made by Classy & Fabb but by the customs of your country.
