Return policy.

The returning and exchanging is very easy!

  • Are you not happy with your purchase? We are happy to accept the returns and refund on the items that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not cover any returns back to us.
  • Any items must be in the original condition with all the accessoires. All items will be reviews upon return.
  • If we received an item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
  • If we received an item too late, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.

  • Are the goods damaged or wrong delivered? Please contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order!
  • If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund.
  • It can take up to 7 workingdays to receive the refund on the card you have paid with.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of accessoires (earrings, necklaces).
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we have received them. Keep a proof of your return when you have sended the package back.

Changing a product.

If you want to change a product, you should send it back to our warehouse. You will receive a voucher to place the order again for the product you want to exchange with.
