2 DO I HAVE THE PAY CUSTOM CHARGES?

Unfortunately Classy and fabb is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Classyandfabb. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

3 WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear this, but it happens to the best of us! We understand this can be frustrating. As soon as you receive your order incomplete, please try to contact our customer service within 48 hours of finding this default. You can email info@classyandfabb.com with your ordernumber, full name, and missing item and they will figure out this problem for you and find a solution.

4 HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

5 HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email is from DHL and contains a trackingnumber.

6 WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@classyandfabb.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us on info@classyandfabb.com immediatly.

7 CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Unfortunately, once you've placed your order it is not possible to amend any details, as our warehouse team will have already started processing your order. What you can do is email our customerservice with your ordernumber and request, and they will see what they can offer you within our abilities.

8 CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it. If you have any further questions about cancellation, do not hesitate to email our customerservice on info@classyandfabb.com

9WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email us ok info@classyandfabb.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

10CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER/ITEM?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to process exchanges. You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:
* Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
* Fill in the Return from that is provided with your package.
* Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting (a track and trace number) and be sure to email this number to our customer service info@classyandfabb.com * Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our collection as we are constantly updating it!
