WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear you have not received your full order. We recommend you contact our customer service on ‪info@classyandfabb.com‬ with your ordernumber and full name. Our team will try to respond within 48 hours.

DO I HAVE TO PAY THE CUSTOM CHARGES?

Unfortunately Classy and fabb is unable to advise what customs charges may be applied to international shipments. Any customs charges are applied at the discretion of the carrier and local laws and all customs charges will be payable by the customer and will not be covered by Classyandfabb. For more accurate information, we’d suggest getting in touch with your local customs office so you’re not surprised if there are any unexpected delivery charges at your end.

WHAT IF I HAVE NOT RECEIVED A PART OF MY ORDER?

Oh no! We are sorry to hear this, but it happens to the best of us! We understand this can be frustrating. As soon as you receive your order incomplete, please try to contact our customer service within 48 hours of finding this default. You can email info@classyandfabb.com with your ordernumber, full name, and missing item and they will figure out this problem for you and find a solution.

HOW CAN I PAY FOR MY ORDER?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, I-Deal, Bancontact, Belfius and Klarna. You can select your preferred payment method during checkout.

HOW DO I KNOW YOU HAVE RECEIVED MY ORDER?

Once you've placed you order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 30 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you. This email is from DHL and contains a trackingnumber.

WILL I RECEIVE A CONFIRMATION EMAIL WHEN I PLACE MY ORDER?

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. To ensure that this goes into your inbox please add info@classyandfabb.com to your contacts, otherwise your confirmation email may end up in your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us on info@classyandfabb.com immediatly.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE AN INCORRECT OR FAULTY ITEM?

We're sorry to hear that you've received an incorrect or faulty item. Please email us info@classyandfabb.com with your order number, the name/product code of the item you were supposed to receive and any further details. To return an item please follow the steps stated in ‘How do I return an item?’ and we'll do our best to resolve this for you.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ORDER/ITEM?

Of course! It is very easy! You can return your item to us and place a new order to receive the item of your choice. Please return your item(s) to us following the method below:

Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached. Fill in the Return from that is provided with your package.

Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain proof of postage from the Post Office. Please do not post the package

Please do not post the package through the post box without obtaining a certificate of posting (a track and trace number) and be sure to email this number to our customer service info@classyandfabb.com * Keep your certificate of postage safe as you will need this as your proof of return.

Oh no! This is probably because our advertised products usually sell out very quickly so it may be that they are no longer in stock! But please keep an eye on our collection as we are constantly updating it!

HOW DO I CHANGE MY EMAIL ADDRESS?

It's super simple! Just log into your account using your old email address and click on 'edit email address/password' under My Info Once these changes have been made, hit continue and your changes will be saved!

Shipping & Delivery

All of our packages are shipped with DHL PARCEL. If DHL PARCEL does not deliver to your country, we send your package with POSTNL.
As soon as you have placed your order, our warehouse will process it. (it is essential to provide your email address while you place an order).
May you experience any difficulties in this process, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service on info@classyandfabb.com. They will try to help you within 48 hours.

Once your order is processed and send, you will automatically receive an email from DHL PARCEL with a track & trace number to track your package, and a delivery date.
When your order is sent through POSTNL, our customer service will email you your tracking number and will explain to you how to track your order. After that, you can track it up to arrival.

Returns

  • Are you not happy with your purchase? We are happy to accept the returns and refund on the items that are in original condition within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • We do not cover any returns back to us.
  • Any items must be in the original condition with all the accessoires. All items will be reviews upon return.
  • If we received an item in an unsuitable condition, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
  • If we received an item too late, the refund will become void and the item(s) will be sent back to you as paid by the company.
  • If you loose your return slip, click here.
  • Are the goods damaged or wrong delivered? Please contact us within 2 working days after receiving your order!
  • If your refund is accepted, you will receive an email with the confirmation of the refund.
  • It can take up to 14 working days to receive the refund on the card you have paid with.
  • Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of accessoires (earrings, necklaces).
  • The items you wish to return are your responsibility until we have received them. Keep a proof of your return when you have sended the package back.

If you want to change a product, you should send it back. You will receive a voucher to place the order again for the product you want.
