As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive automatically a tracking number from us. You can track this on the website or click on the link to go directly to the website.
Unfortunately, this is not in our hands. The customs decide this by law. Any customs charges must be paid by the customer and will not be covered by Classy&Fabb. For more information we would suggest you to get in touch with the local customs office.
It is possible to cancel your order as long as it isn’t dispatched. As soon as it is dispatched and send, it
wouldn’t be possible for us to cancel or edit it.
Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to process any exchanges. You can return your order to us and
